Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items. A quick try-on is fine, playing in the park - not so much. All Please note that we offer free returns and exchanges on domestic USA orders ONLY.

Sale Items over 40%+ off can be returned on only to exchange your purchase for another size (if it is available) or product, or receive a credit note, but refunds do not apply to Sale items. If an item is marked with FINAL SALE, then this item is Final Sale.

If you have placed an order using a promotional discount code, you can still return or exchange your item(s) within the 14 day returns window.

ORDER EXCHANGE

1. Please email us at hello@rubyrufus.com with your order number, and the item you would like to exchange your purchase for. We will get back to you right away and send you a FREE returns label (this applies only for domestic orders).
2. Print your USPS return label and mail back the original item at your earliest convenience
3. Once your order is received back at our office, we will process the exchange and send you the new size, color or style. Any remaining balance to your original order will need to be settled before dispatch.

RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

For International Orders, please contact us and we will send you return instructions.

2. Print your return label and mail back the original item

3. Once received, please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process your order.
